I regret to inform everyone - that I have turned into a Zombie.



As such I will not be able to blog for a while.

Another extreme weekend behind me. I went to a rugby match (go Bulls!!!) - and pushed my extreme ironing skills up a notch.

This brings up an interesting South African phenomenon. As if getting hijacked, is as inevitable as a slippery road, fog, or falling rocks.

The idea of getting car jacked is almost as scary as a packed stadium of Bulls supporters.

So I've done it.

The biggest single physical challenge of my life.














I've seen the sun rise from the highest point on this, my continent, Africa.

I've ironed on the roof of the world.














I've gazed in awe, at the moonlit vista of snow and glaciers on the equator.












Thanks to Tim - for joining me on one of the great adventures of my life.





With the whole mountain incident behind me. Zanzibar was the next destination.

Having seen the sun rise from the top of the world, I watched the sun set over the bottom a few times.

Dolphins mocked me.














Tim and I took the ironing board to the other extreme.
